Some describe punctual delivery and quick pickup once the bin was full; one customer had the bin in the driveway two hours after first getting in touch, and another says a pickup request was handled within about 30 minutes. Several customers say the driver placed the bin where they asked, and one mentions the care taken in lowering it onto the property.
